You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase, unless stated otherwise. 

We use a variety of suppliers and distributors on our website for different products. You will be quoted the price for shipping and estimated time of delivery the time of checkout. The cost and estimated delivery time will vary based on the products you're purchasing, the delivery address you provided and the method of postage you selected. For some products, there may only be one postage option. If estimated delivery time is not provided to you at the time of checkout, a standard delivery time of up to 30 days applies. 

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the postage method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that quoted delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. We are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement in the event of a delivery being lost as a result of an incomplete, invalid or inaccurate delivery address.

We offer products for sale in the United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union. Some products are only available in some of these regions. If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the country or region that the product is made available, you may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country – this can happen, for example, if you make a purchase using our app or website in one country (e.g. Australia) but provide a delivery address in another (e.g. the United States). In these cases, you are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
