I made a purchase in GhostTube or upgraded to premium but am unable to access the premium functionality.
Please note that we have more than one app (GhostTube and GhostTube SLS) which both have separate premium subscriptions. Please ensure you made the purchase in the correct app in which you are trying to access the premium functionality before continuing with the troubleshooting steps below.
Please try the following steps to restore your purchase. If you continue experiencing issues, please contact us:
- Ensure you are logged in to the Google Play or Apple App store using the same email address used to make the purchase.
- Ensure you are using the correct GhostTube app used to make the purchase.
- Open the GhostTube app.
- Tap the library button in the bottom left corner (to view your videos).
- Tap the premium/store tab in the bottom right corner.
- Tap “Restore Purchases” then wait a minute or two for the process to complete
